1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment. After this period, payments are considered final and non-refundable.
2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered as described
- Technical issues prevented access to lessons
- The course was cancelled by the administration
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed or partially completed courses
- Downloaded digital materials (ebooks, PDFs)
- Processing or administrative fees
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team through the Contact page
- Provide your invoice number and reason for the request
- Allow up to 7 business days for review
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the amount of content accessed. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally to the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
