1. Agreement & Overview
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your participation in the Qaff Affiliate Program (“Program“). By applying to, enrolling in, or promoting Qaff through the Program, you (“Affiliate“, “you“, or “your“) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as Qaff’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
To join the Program, you must submit an application through the official Affiliate Portal. To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date registration and contact details.
- Operate an active website, blog, social media channel, or established community aligned with professional business software, ERP, SaaS, or education standards.
Qaff reserves the right to evaluate, approve, or reject any application at its sole discretion without liability.
3. Referral Links & Tracking
Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique referral link and access to your Affiliate Dashboard.
- Cookie Window: Referral tracking cookies remain active for 30 days from the date a prospective customer first clicks your referral link.
- Attribution: Referrals are attributed based on a last-click attribution model, provided cookies are accepted and enabled on the visitor’s device.
- Tracking Integrity: Qaff is not responsible for untracked referrals resulting from modified, broken, or improperly formatted links, ad blockers, or disabled browser cookies.
4. Qualifying Sales & Commission Structure
A “Qualifying Sale” occurs when a newly referred customer completes an authorized paid transaction for a valid Qaff platform plan, module, or subscription through your affiliate link.
- Calculation Base: The referral commission will be counted on the total subscribed price after deducting applicable taxes and transaction fees.
- Monthly Exemption & Warm Leads: Commissions will not be counted if the purchase is on a monthly cycle with the Teacher plan, since this plan is low-priced. However, this will be considered a warm lead and affiliates will receive $1.00 USD per warm lead. If that lead subsequently purchases a qualifying subscription, the referral commission will be counted (the affiliate must actively ask for it).
- No Recurring Commissions: There are no recurring commissions. Commissions are awarded strictly on the initial qualifying subscription purchase.
- Promocodes & Commission Deduction: You can control your promocodes. If you give your clients a discount (e.g., 10% off) and your commission is 40%, the 10% off is considered a direct cut from your commission (resulting in an effective 30% commission on that transaction).
- Exclusions: Free trials, demo signups, canceled orders, and fraudulent transactions do not qualify for commissions.
5. Payout Schedule & Payment Threshold
Affiliate commissions are distributed under the following rules:
- Minimum Threshold: The minimum payout balance is $50.00 USD (or equivalent in account currency). Balances below the threshold rollover automatically to the next payment cycle.
- Holding Period: Commissions remain pending for 30 days following the end of the transaction month to account for customer refund windows and chargebacks.
- Payment Methods: Payouts are made through the payout methods configured in your Affiliate Dashboard (e.g., Bank Transfer, PayPal, or designated payment processors). Affiliates are responsible for all applicable banking fees, currency conversion charges, and tax obligations.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Commission Reversals
If a customer requests a refund under our Refund Policy, disputes a charge, or initiates a chargeback, any commission credited for that transaction will be deducted from your pending or future payout balance. If an account is closed with a negative balance resulting from clawbacks, the affiliate remains liable to rectify the balance.
7. Permitted Promotion & FTC Compliance
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Qaff using ethical, value-driven marketing strategies:
- Educational Content: Reviews, comparison articles, tutorials, case studies, and software demonstrations.
- Audience Channels: Opt-in email newsletters, business podcasts, LinkedIn, YouTube, and professional social media networks.
- Mandatory Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly and prominently disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable advertising laws (such as FTC guidelines and local consumer protection regulations). For example, including a clear disclaimer: “Disclosure: Some links on this page are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase at no extra cost to you.”
8. Prohibited Activities & Restrictions
Strict compliance is mandatory. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all accumulated commissions:
- Self-Referrals: Using your own affiliate link to purchase subscriptions, licenses, or services for personal or company use.
- Paid Search & Trademark Bidding: Bidding on branded keywords including “Qaff“, “Qaff LMS“, “Qaff TMS“, “Qaff.site“, or any misspellings, variations, or domain names in search engine advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) without prior written authorization.
- Spam & Unsolicited Marketing: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, automated forum/comment spam, or cold outreach violating anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Deceptive Claims: Making false, exaggerated, or misleading representations regarding Qaff’s features, capabilities, pricing, discounts, or guarantees.
- Cookie Stuffing: Pop-ups, pop-unders, hidden iframes, or automated scripts designed to drop cookies without deliberate user interaction.
- Unauthorized Discount Codes: Advertising non-existent coupons, unauthorized discount codes, or fake voucher promises.
9. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
Qaff grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use official Qaff logos, banners, and approved creative assets solely for promoting Qaff under the Program.
- You may not alter, modify, distort, or rebrand Qaff’s trademarks or logos.
- You may not register, license, or operate any domain names, social media handles, or business entities that incorporate the term “Qaff” or confusingly similar variations.
10. Term, Termination & Suspension
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
- Termination for Convenience: Upon voluntary withdrawal, valid commissions earned up to the date of termination above the minimum threshold will be paid out during the standard cycle.
- Termination for Breach: In the event of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or violation of these Terms, Qaff reserves the right to immediately terminate the affiliate account, invalidate referral links, and void all pending and accrued commissions.
11. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
The Program, platform, referral links, and tracking mechanisms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Qaff does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qaff shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
12. Governing Law & Modifications
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing Qaff operations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Qaff reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page or communicated via the Affiliate Dashboard. Your continued participation in the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
